Executive Assistant – Job Description

Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina (Office based role with hybrid working model)

BMC is currently looking for an experienced Executive Assistant reporting directly into the AVP of LATAM Enterprise Sales. 

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensure business and travel schedules are maintained and managed to assure executive availability and attendance at priority meetings, events, venues in support of business objectives. 
  • Prepare executive’s expense reports and purchasing requisitions.
  • Process P.O. and expense reports approvals and manage business workflow that requires executive’s attention, alerting executive to issues and anomalies in these processes.
  • Maintain appointment calendar and email.  
  • Schedule and manage management staff meetings and offsite events. 
  • Maintain agenda items, meeting notes and action items list. 
  • Event Management - Coordinate site managers meetings, employee breakfast meetings, recognition lunches and all hands meetings.
  • Maintains close relationships with executive’s direct reports.  
  • Prepare domestic and international travel arrangements including air, hotel, transportation, and itineraries. 
  • Handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature.

  • Integrity, trust and seasoned discretion in a fast-paced corporate setting are essential.
  • Superior communication skills 
  • Detail oriented & deadline driven 
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • English Fluency (written and verbal)
Nice to haves:
  • Experience working with Sales professionals and / or sales operations in a multinational organization
  • Professional Portuguese language skills (Written and verbal)
  • Salesforce experience
