As a Global head for Real Estate & Facilities for Helix, you'll direct the successful acquisition, management, and disposition of Corporate Real Estate and Facilities projects in BMC locations in the Americas, EMEA, AP, Israel, and India.                                
• Manages the company’s real estate portfolio (e.g., offices, manufacturing facilities, data centers) to ensure sufficient occupant capacity while minimizing company expenses and liabilities.  Ensures the real estate portfolio is aligned with the company’s overall strategy in all aspects of site selection, acquisition and disposition.
• Effectively oversee the execution of real estate transactions (leasing and/or purchase or sale) in the company’s real estate portfolio using negotiation skills, appropriate vendors (e.g., brokers, legal support, lease administration, utility, other services), asset management and financial analysis techniques.
• Establishes and maintains standard methods and processes for capital budgeting and reporting, real estate transaction management and lease administration.
• Assists in the management of day-to-day facility operations                                                                       
• Manages the process of designing office space, budgeting construction costs, and preparing project information for approval
• Prepares financial information and budgets on real estate alternatives                                                                  
• Analyzes financial data on real estate alternatives and prepares executive summaries for decision making
• Find creative yet practical solutions to a myriad of issues/problems related to BMC real estate                  
• Travel as required

At BMC we believe in pay transparency and have set the midpoint of the salary band for this role at 6,304,000 INR. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. 

The salary listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.
