Join us as our next Director of Partner Sales. 

This role will lead a team of Partner Managers who will work with the existing partners to grow their service offering so they can more effectively add new incremental business.

  • Meet assigned targets for revenue through channel partners
  • Define the desired profile of potential partners that align with the target partner profile.
  • Gain qualified partners’ commitment to becoming engaged and productive by formulating and conveying a compelling business proposition.

Lead a team that will:

  • Define and develop a service that will quantitatively analyze each existing partners’ performance and identify areas of opportunity.
  • Work with the partners of a daily basis to implement change that will help them reach their growth objectives
  • Mentor and manage the Partner Managers
  • Maintain a solid pipeline of qualified prospective partners to meet established recruitment targets.
  • Take ownership of all aspects of onboarding and activating new partners; focus on ensuring the partners’ team members are enabled, equipped and motivated to sell, market, deploy and support the BMC’s offerings within established timeframes
  • Facilitate a smooth transition to a new partner’s assigned channel account manager as soon as he or she is fully capable and committed to growing the sales of BMC offerings.
