 About The Role

 BMC is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in our Dublin center of excellence.
 The BDR team is focused on developing quality pipeline and supporting the field sales organization to drive new revenue for BMC. If you plan on changing your career and want to start in B2B-Software sales at a leading global company, this is the role is for you!
 Our BDR team collaborate with the Field Sales Team to build a territory plan, reach out to new and existing customers to identify new revenue opportunities for BMC. You’ll perform a vital role within our sales team developing inbound and outbound leads into qualified opportunities for our field sales team- This involves prospecting to the C-Suite, VP, Director Level and senior IT stakeholders.

 You will be responsible for
  •   Responsible for building pipeline in your region by setting up qualified meetings with prospects for our field sales team
  •   Identifying target accounts and engaging key decision makers with compelling outreach via the phone, email and social channels
  •   Developing creative strategies for engaging and nurturing prospects
  •   Meeting daily activity KPIs set by the ISD team
  •   Recording data and maintaining our CRM to enable us to develop market intelligence
  •   Collaborating with account executives to build strong alignments
 About You
This is an ideal role for an articulate, determined, and ambitious team-player who is passionate about starting a career in sales and business development at a market leading company.

  •   Fluency in English and Italian is essential
  •   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  •   Curios, pro-active, self-starter mentality
  •   Proven track record of accomplishments and overachievement of goals in professional and/or personal settings
  •   Ability to uncover business pain and handle objections
  •   University degree or relevant experience
  •   Outbound sales experience in a corporate environment desirable
