Our BMC Graduate Sales Academy has been designed to develop the next generation of Field Sales Reps.  The intent of this program is to develop our Inside sales community, giving you the opportunity to thrive in a diverse community of talent, while gaining valuable sales experience to help you progress your sales career at BMC.

The Business Development role is a fantastic opportunity to embark into this training path. It is designed for ambitious and driven sales professionals or graduates looking to embark on a lucrative sales career leading to huge earning potential and/or Management.

You will progress alongside the business' journey and help lead this expansion during a pivotal time in our growth.

The Day to Day responsibilities of a Business Development Representative

You will collaborate with the Field Sales Team to build a territory plan, to get set up for success and drive revenue by connecting with customers and building opportunities that will make all parties more successful. This involves prospecting at C-level, VP and Director Level. Attending organized quarterly Sales and Technical training held by the BMC Graduate Academy.



You will need to possess most of the below skills to be successful in this program.

Fluency in English and German is essential
Proven track record of accomplishments and overachievement of goals in professional and/or personal settings.
Ability to uncover business pain and handle objections
Outbound sales experience in a corporate environment desirable but not essential – we can enable you.
Highly competitive streak
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
