Enterprise Resiliency Coordinator will be responsible for providing program management support for the Enterprise Resiliency Office (ERO) programs (Crisis Management, Business Continuity, Data Resilience and Corporate Security). This  role will involve supporting ERO leadership in the development of policies, processes and procedures relating to our program objectives. This will include understanding BMC’s  business continuity and crisis management processes, procedures and maintaining appropriate training materials. In addition, the role will require learning the tools utilized to implement our program objectives. As a coordinator, you will work with assigned internal BMC team members from various business processes to educate and provide support in understanding and implementing our ERO program objectives. You will serve as a key point of contact for ERO related incidents, crisis or business process interruptions. 

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and documenting of processes and procedures related to ERO program objectives
Monitoring situational awareness data in order to alert ERO leadership of potential incidents that may have an impact to BMC office locations and/or team members
Electronically maintain ERO files in an organized and readily accessible manner
Support ad hoc projects, including editing and maintaining project related schedules and documentation
Support annual IT data resiliency testing
Maintain access permissions and content of Business Continuity Management Solution and ERO website
Provide off-hours support, if necessary
Training as a back-up on all ERO operation procedures
Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure with great attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communications, including the use of Microsoft applications
Highly motivated (self-starter and results oriented)
Experience in supporting program planning, facilitation and implementation
Demonstrated ability to react to change productively and handle all other tasks as assigned
Problem solving, critical thinking, organization and emotional intelligence
Should be willing to work in 12.30PM to 9.30 PM shift

The annual base salary range represents the low and high end of the BMC salary range for this position. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

The range listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.
At BMC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at /near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range is INR 791,700 - INR 1,319,500.
