- Define and drive the global HR technology architecture roadmap aligned with business strategy
- Design and standardize end-to-end Hire-to-Retire processes across geographies
- Own and lead Oracle Fusion HCM solutions across core modules, ensuring scalable and compliant configurations
- Implement Oracle HCM Journeys to deliver intuitive, guided employee and manager experiences
- Architect and govern enterprise integrations between HCM and systems like Finance, IAM, ITSM, and payroll vendors
- Drive AI-led HR transformation using Agentic AI, AI Studio, and automation to enhance employee experience and self-service
- Establish robust data governance, security frameworks, and compliance models (GDPR, SOX, etc.)
- Act as a strategic advisor to HR and business leaders, balancing global standardization with local requirements
- Lead global HR transformation programs, including implementations, upgrades, and change management initiatives
- 12+ years in HRIT / enterprise HR technology roles with deep domain expertise
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud (multi-module)
- Strong understanding of Hire-to-Retire lifecycle and global HR processes
- Proven expertise in integration technologies (APIs, HDL, HCM Extracts, middleware/OIC)
- Experience designing and deploying Oracle HCM Journeys
- Exposure to AI-driven HR capabilities (Agentic AI, AI Studio, or similar platforms)
- Strong knowledge of HR data governance, security models, and compliance frameworks
- Experience working in global, multi-country environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, IT, or related field (Oracle certifications preferred)
- Advanced expertise in AI-led HR transformation and Agentic AI use cases
- Deep knowledge of Oracle Redwood UX and next-gen employee experience frameworks
- Expanded exposure to complex global integration ecosystems and enterprise architecture patterns
- Thought leadership in experience-driven HR design and automation strategies
- Advanced capabilities in global change management and digital adoption at scale
