BU/PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

GSD (Global Services Delivery) is a global delivery organization responsible for delivering BMC solutions to our customer worldwide. This group is responsible for managing latest BMC technologies and making sure customers get the maximum value from their investment.    


JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • BMC Remedy Consultant should Liaison with customer to understand the scope and owns all aspects of technical planning
  • You’ll Contributes to, and owns as appropriate, the analysis process and documentation deliverables including workshop facilitation and Gap Analysis
  • Consultant will create solution design document with sufficient detail and manages design within the scope of the SOW and project goals
  • You will Owns all assigned areas of the build phase. Applies technical, education, and process knowledge and best practices to deliver consistent, high quality, production ready solutions.
  • Consultant will Integrate Remedy with other BMC products and third-party applications.
  • You must Provide leadership and mentoring throughout the validation phase to ensure the customer fully vets the solution capabilities within the defined project scope.
  • Consultant will be responsible for Successfully moving the customer into production and provides post go live support
  • Work in and lead a team for deploying DSM solution at customer’s location or remotely


REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 5-10 yrs Relevant Years BMC Remedy product line experience across all modules (ARS, Service Desk, Change Management, SRM, Asset Management, CMDB, DWP, DWPA, Analytics/Smart Reporting, SSO)
  • Excellent presentation, documentation and communication skills
  • Experience with integration methodologies like AI, Web Services etc.
  • Experience on Java, JSP, Angular JS
  • Experience of working on various Operating Systems, and Databases
  • 3(+) Projects as Technical Lead.
  • 3(+) Production Solutions Implemented.
  • 3(+) Deployment(s) across Dev, UAT & Prod for full project life-cycle.
