The Associate Product Operations Specialist is responsible for  maintaining accurate and up-to-date Pricing information process as well as managing product changes to support the release and withdrawal of products and services to the market worldwide. You will collaborate closely with the Finance  and Product Management teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that our pricing data is accurate and reflective of market conditions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Primary responsibilities for role include:

  • Data Management: Manage pricing data for software products, including updating prices, discounts, system restrictions/rules and promotions as needed.
  • Develop plans for the incorporation of product changes into business applications
  • Review and verification of product information for business application
  • Manage and track product changes
  • Provide support services to back office and field on product issues
  • Work with cross-functional teams worldwide to support the product lifecycle as assigned
  • Implement standards to ensure product data quality
  • Identify opportunities to streamline pricing management process
  • Ensure compliance with SOX standards- Document processes/services for internal and external organizations
  • Prepare communications and reports for internal/external use
  • Maintain product information in Share Point
  • May perform other duties as assigned
  • This function is part of the Product Operations organization reporting into Order Management

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or related fields
  • Experience in software industry, product operations and/or project management preferred
  • Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint knowledge required
  • Salesforce, Zuora preffered
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration
  • Excellent attention to details and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player
  • Drive for process improvement
