Title – Associate Product Developer
Location: Pune

BU/Product Description & Job Overview/Role of the candidate:

As an Associate Product Developer, you will be working with BMC Software’s Platinum Engineering team where we are passionate about customer satisfaction as top priorities. You will be responsible for sustaining engineering activities for BMC products including issue debugging, defect resolution, product builds and HF delivery. If your interest lies in getting involved in daily challenges and like to work in fast paced environment, then platinum engineering is the pace to be.

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • You will be responsible for working on customer escalations for DSOM Products.
  • You will be responsible for working in sustaining engineering activities like code debugging, bug fixing and HF delivery.
  • You will be participating in daily customer interactions while working on escalations.
  • You will be performing thorough problem analysis that results in resolution of product-related problems according to BMC support standards.
  • You will be responsible for train and enable Product Support TSA.
  • You will be responsible to engage with QA engineers during HF testing.
  • Attend and contribute to daily stand-up.
Required Skills:
  • 2 years of development experience.
  • Experience with Core Java Concepts, webservices,.
  • Experience in various Database technologies.
  • Debugging experience.
  • Remedy knowledge.
Desired (Good to have skills):
Experience in Spring, Hibernate, Microservices.
Experience in Angular,HTML,CSS,SCSS
Experience in Kubernetes, Docker, Containers in general
