Join us today as a Digital Sales Account Manager (DSAM)! As a DSAM you will focus on developing quality pipelines and managing the entire sales cycle from prospect and qualification of opportunities to the closing of revenue for BMC. 

Here is how, through this exciting role, you will contribute to BMC's and your own success: 

• Focus on new logos by building a detailed territory plan, generating pipeline and leads, through identifying and qualifying new prospects to increase revenue and exceed your targets as a result of accurate forecasting and an emphasis on value selling. 
• Act as the main point of contact for your customers at C+ level, and partners, understanding the complexity of their requirements. Throughout the full sales cycle, you will be supported by top talented, product specialized Account Managers, Solution & Value Engineers, as well as a full ecosystem dedicated to BMC’s main strategy: Customer Centricity. 
• Lead as a BMC brand ambassador both internally and externally and build trust and confidence with customers, partners and colleagues through integrity and professionalism. 
• As every BMC employee, you will be given the opportunity to learn, be included in global projects, challenge yourself and be the innovator when it comes to solving everyday problems.

The annual base salary range represents the low and high end of the BMC salary range for this position. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
The range listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country-specific benefits.
At BMC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range. This roles compensation includes a mix of base salary and variable pay. The base salary range is $74,000 - $111,000, with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) range of $148,000 - $222,000.
