BMC Software is looking for a smart candidate with high aptitude and a very positive attitude for their Global Financial Information Systems (GFIS) team. The team is a A+ team within BMC with high expectations. The role is going to cover various aspects of the OneStream applications like administration assistance, security, audit assistance, metadata management and development assistance for the purposes of Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly close, Budgeting, Forecasting, Account Reconciliations and Financial Analysis on an ongoing basis.

Required Skills/ Qualifications:

B.Com/B.Tech/4 year college degree with exposure to IT
0-2 years of OneStream experience is ideal or should have been in EPM space with similar technologies like Hyperion supporting development, administration and maintenance of applications.
Experience with OneStream (0-2 years) or EPM/BI tools along with knowledge of financial close and financial planning and analysis is desired. Candidates showing demonstrated interest in developing a career in EPM space are also considered.
High aptitude and strong analytical skills including ability to troubleshoot data related issues in a logical way.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with an attitude to embrace adhoc changes positively.
Proclivity to be accurate on tasks enabling quality outcome of numbers from OneStream to the business. Be a valuable Data-Stewart of OneStream with focus on maintaining 100% accuracy of numbers in the system through validations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must since the position requires dealing with Finance and Accounting decision makers within BMC and a very strong OneStream technical team.

Desired/Good-to-have Skills:

Other skills which are preferred are SQL , MS Excel and ASP.NET (for work on OneStream Business Rules) . The skills are not a prerequisite to the role but the candidate would be expected to scale up on these to do their work effectively.
