Develops and delivers detailed technology solutions through consulting project activities at customer sites. Technical responsibilities include problem identification, system architecture definition, hardware/software specification and/or design, implementation, testing, client training, and solution deployment. Combines internal company products with third party products to fulfill a client's system needs. Leads or participates in small teams at client sites to deliver required outcomes and garner new business for the company. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Under close supervision, uses working knowledge of business processes to complete work assignments of limited complexity. Follows standard procedures in completing tasks. Able to apply basic theories and concepts to work assignments where solutions tend to be easy to obtain. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent course training with no professional experience required
