BMC’s Global Outsourcing and Systems Integration (GOSI) Business Unit is responsible for direct sales into International SI accounts. These accounts will be some of the largest, most prestigious names across the region

You will be able to undercover pain and create opportunities within complex Global Outsourcing organizations, sometimes in competitors who we also sell to and through

GOSI Account Manager

Primary Responsibilities;

This position is a frontline, quota carrying, sales role, selling the entire BMC portfolio of solutions into both Sis and Global outsourcers and the customers that they service throughout the region 

The optimal candidate for this position will possess the following skills and qualities-

·         Understanding of the BMC portfolio and the vast competitive landscape

·         Experience selling to and crafting programs for global outsourcers

·         Documented success of presenting to and selling to strategic end user accounts

·         Understanding and proven success in champion building

·         Proven ability to build pipeline within outsourcers and the end clients that they cover

·         Deep understanding of software contractual and transactional vehicles and how they work

·         Ability to leverage a complex selling ecosystem in an international forum

·         Disciplined sales approach and sales process to move from interest to closure

·         Poise under pressure, strong leadership skills, uncompromising ethical core, and inspired work ethic

·         Creativity and thought leadership

You’re Background;

·         Driven, sell motivated, pro-active hunter mind-set.

·         Disciplined and methodical approach to new business, demand creation, pipeline generation.

·         International or Global Account Management leveraging distributed multi-cultural teams.

·         Extensive Systems Integrator experience of sell-to.  Large outsourcer base knowledge. 

·         Adaptable to learn, be challenged and challenge the status-quo.

·         Degree level education preferred.

·         Career demonstrates acceptable tenure.

·         Ability to operate and execute at high pace, demonstrable emotional and mental intelligence.
