The Hyperscaler Strategic Partnership position steers revenue growth by establishing and overseeing strategic partnerships with major Hyperscaler platforms.

As a seasoned sales and go-to-market (GTM) leader with effective collaboration skills, you'll foster relationships and serve as an advocate for this new strategy, fostering trust with senior leaders and stakeholders both internally and externally.

- In this position, you'll play a vital role in advancing our growth strategy, fortifying solution sales capabilities, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to nurture a robust sales pipeline and seize market opportunities.
- Embracing a business owner mindset, you'll formulate and execute growth strategies collaboratively with product, sales, and cross-functional business partners, positioning BMC Software as a leader in this space.
- Collaborating with global cross-functional teams, you'll drive growth priorities, covering demand generation, sales play construction, customer events, and supporting geo-aligned solution sales specialist teams in effectively adopting and executing strategies, plays, and activities.
- Utilizing advanced analytics and reporting expertise, you'll offer strategic insights into market trends and represent the Strategic Partnership Sales team in forecast calls, quarterly product reviews, and various GTM planning activities from a sales perspective.
- You'll actively participating in customer and partner-facing events, as well as executive briefings.

- You have a proven track record of senior-level software sales, focusing on building and managing strategic partnerships with major Hyperscaler platforms.
- You possess a deep understanding of cloud computing, Hyperscaler ecosystems, and enterprise software solutions.
- You have exceptional communication and presentation skills, articulating the value proposition at executive levels.
- You have demonstrated leadership capabilities and a results-driven mindset.
