To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:
• High School Diploma; 1 to 4 years work experience in a similar role; Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
• Knowledge and experience in back-office application used by Order Services Organization, with good understanding of administrative processes.
• Knowledge and experience with revenue recognition requirements.
• Working knowledge of Zuora Billing, SFDC including Zuora CPQ and CLM, and MS Office Suite.
• Must possess strong attention to detail, accuracy and completeness with regard to all processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to manage the order process with sales and the Ecosystem with respect to communication, expectations, validation and completion of compliant orders.
• Must have the ability to work remotely and use escalation process when required.
• Excellent written and communication skills required.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues, using sound judgement in a timely manner.
• Demonstrates competence in own area and in general business principles; may still be acquiring higher level skill
