The Product Developer role consistently emphasises strong software engineering fundamentals and modern development practices:

Programming Expertise:

Proficiency in Python and/or Java is essential. Experience with production-level Python, LangChain, and GPT model integration is considered a plus.
Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is required.
Architecture & APIs: Strong understanding of data structures, software architecture, and experience with RESTful APIs and SaaS multi-tenant applications.
Microservices: Hands-on experience in building microservices-based applications is a recurring requirement.
Version Control & Build Tools: Proficiency in Git, Maven, and Gradle is expected.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities are consistently highlighted.
GPT/LLM Integration: While not mandatory, experience integrating GPT and LLM models into software architecture is considered advantageous. (Optional)
LangChain & Conversational AI: Familiarity with these technologies is a bonus. (Optional)

Experience Range: 5+ years of experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is standard.
