Join us as a Manager for our Digital Sales Team! As a Sales Manager you will lead and develop a team of Sales professionals in an inclusive environment. You will drive the success of your team, bringing BMC’s world-renowned solutions to the customer, resulting in revenue satisfaction and customer centricity. As a Digital Sales Manager, you will lead a team of Business Development Representatives responsible for generating pipeline for our sales teams. Your team will enhance our Digital Sales & Marketing functions through innovative digital sales outreach. This highly rewarding team at BMC seeks a strong leader to develop energetic sales professionals with hunter mentalities and innovation-first mindsets.

  • You will nurture top talented sales representatives, by developing strong relationships with each member of your team, identifying ‘Moments that Matter’ to each, and guide them to achieving their full potential through performance and progression in their career.
  • You will dedicate time through regular 1-2-1 meetings with your team members to align on vision and build a plan around performance and development sessions as well as a retention plan.
  • You will deliver performance expectations by sharing accurate revenue projections.
  • You will lead as a BMC Brand Ambassador both internally and externally and to build trust and confidence with your team, customers, partners and colleagues through integrity and professionalism while focusing on BMC’s main strategy: Customer Centricity and Value-Based Selling.
  • As every BMC employee, you will be given the opportunity to learn, contribute and lead global projects, challenge yourself and be the innovator when it comes to solving everyday problems.

  • You will have previously led a high performing sales team through inspiring people management and a deep knowledge of markets you’re competing within.
  • You have previously demonstrated your ability to further develop your business as a trusted partner by an in-depth understanding of pipeline, business practices, industry trends, and competitive landscape

This role follows a hybrid working model (3 days in our Houston office, 2 days remote). Applicants should be comfortable with and able to commit to this arrangement to ensure effective team collaboration and continuity.
