Join us as a Regional Sales Manager, where you will inspire, recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing Enterprise Sales team across France. This leadership role is focused on driving new business growth within the enterprise segment, building a strong hunting culture, and empowering Account Managers to exceed targets while delivering exceptional customer value.

Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC Software's and your own success:


  • Recruit, lead, and develop a team of high-performing Enterprise Account Managers across France.
  • Build a strong, solution-oriented sales culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and customer outcomes.
  • Drive pipeline generation, new logo acquisition, and strategic enterprise account growth through effective coaching and leadership.
  • Mentor and support Account Managers through complex enterprise sales cycles, helping remove obstacles and accelerate success.
  • Ensure forecast accuracy through disciplined pipeline management, opportunity inspection, and consistent business reviews.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, pre-sales, partners, and customer success teams to deliver business impact within the enterprise segment.


To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:


  • You have experience recruiting, managing, and developing successful enterprise software sales teams.
  • You have a proven track record of driving new business growth and creating high-performance hunting cultures within enterprise sales organizations.
  • You are solution-oriented and can effectively navigate challenges while supporting both customers and team members.
  • You have experience driving forecast accuracy and maintaining strong pipeline discipline within enterprise sales environments.
  • You have experience selling or leading teams focused on enterprise solutions similar to BMC’s portfolio, which would be considered a strong advantage.
