Join BMC as an Associate License Compliance Analyst and play a critical role in ensuring customers remain compliant with their software agreements. You will act as a key bridge between customers, sales, and internal teams—driving accurate license usage analysis, supporting order bookings, and contributing directly to operational efficiency, compliance integrity, and business productivity.
Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success: 
Request and collect customer product usage / Statement of Capacity (SOC) data for specific products
Follow up with customers and Sales teams to ensure timely and accurate data submission
Perform usage analysis and SOC reconciliation to assess customer compliance status
Review compliance cases with Program Managers and align on outcomes
Communicate compliance results to both Sales teams and customers clearly and effectively
Research customer entitlements, contracts, contacts, and support IDs
Drive adherence to productivity targets, quality standards, and defined SLAs
Manage shared mailbox operations—ensure timely response, tracking, and archiving of emails
Support Order Services Coordinators by booking standard/straightforward orders in OE+ as part of the Surge Capacity Team
To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience: 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint)
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong organizational and coordination abilities
Customer-focused mindset with effective stakeholder communication skills

Whilst these are nice to have, our team can help you develop in the following skills:
Experience in the software industry
Exposure to customer support or customer service environments
Basic understanding of license compliance / usage analysis processes
