- Own and grow a greenfield enterprise territory in Germany, identifying and converting net‑new customers
- Execute a full-sales cycle enterprise hunter motion
- Market research and account mapping
- Pipeline generation and prospecting
- Discovery, solution positioning, and value selling
- Commercial negotiation and successful deal closure
- Develop deep market insights and conduct in‑depth territory and industry research
- Work closely with Business Development and Value Engineering teams to design compelling solutions
- Lead complex enterprise sales conversations with senior stakeholders
- Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue using CRM tools
- Consistently exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity
Requirements & Experience:
- Min. 3–6 years of proven experience in enterprise cloud software field sales / outbound
- Strong background in a full‑cycle hunter role / new enterprise cloud software sale (pipeline creation through closing)
- Demonstrated success selling into enterprise‑level organizations
- Evidence of consistent over‑achievement and quota attainment
- Experience navigating complex, multi‑stakeholder negotiations
- Strong tenure and stability in previous sales roles
- Based in Poland
- C1 business level German language and professional business level of English
- In-depth understanding and working knowledge of German market and local business culture
