Join us as a 6Sense Execution Manager!

As the 6sense Execution Manager at BMC, you will be responsible for orchestrating and optimizing marketing campaigns using the 6sense platform. In this role, you will ensure seamless execution of automated plays, audience segmentation, and omnichannel engagement strategies to drive pipeline growth and account-based marketing (ABM) success. If you are a hands-on executor with a strategic mindset, capable of translating intent data into actionable marketing programs, this is the role for you!

Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success: 
  • Campaign Execution: Build and manage automated and repeatable plays in 6sense, including cold-to-warm, disengaged-to-engaged, job change, and closed-lost reactivation workflows.
  • Audience Segmentation: Leverage firmographic, technographic, and behavioral data to create dynamic audience segments, acquire contact and prioritize in-market accounts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with field marketing, sales, and digital demand teams to align campaign goals and ensure timely execution.
  • Platform Enablement: Serve as the subject matter expert on 6sense capabilities, providing training and support to internal stakeholders.
  • Performance Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using 6sense dashboards and other martech tools; deliver insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales teams to ensure qualified leads are routed effectively and supported with relevant insights.

To ensure you are set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:
  • You have 3+ years of hands-on experience with 6sense or similar ABM platforms.
  • You have a proven track record in executing digital marketing campaigns across email, display, and web channels.
  • You have a strong understanding of intent data, lead scoring, and funnel metrics.
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Eloqua, or similar CRM/marketing automation tools, as well as LinkedIn (including sales navigator) and Google Analytics.

The annual base salary range represents the low and high end of the BMC salary range for this position. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. 

The range listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.

At BMC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at /near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $99,600 - $166,000
