- Strategic Execution: Operationalize key programs and processes to support our high-velocity strategy.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Ensure timely delivery and alignment on messaging, outreach, and enablement efforts across teams.
- Collaboration Champion: Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, BU teams, Partner Managers, and operations to accelerate the pipeline.
- Pipeline Acceleration: Improve sales plays, product offerings, messaging, outreach rhythms, and feedback loops.
- Reporting and Insights: Bring visibility to program status to inform broader strategy through a data-informed lens.
- Enablement Efforts: Contribute to a scalable, efficient digital sales motion by documenting progress, blockers, and enablement needs.
- Planning & Logistics: Assist in planning and logistics for working groups and cross-functional meetings.
- Process Alignment: Align BDR and Digital Sales Account Manager processes from lead to deal closure.
- Creating and Delivering Program Deliverables: Establishing clear and timely execution expectations across the ecosystem.
- Stakeholder Feedback: Generating and reporting on program visibility, support, and coordination.
- Scalability: Documenting process improvements and frameworks for long-term scalability and program expansion.
- Proven Impact: Experience driving go-to-market strategy and achieving significant growth milestones.
- Sales Partnerships: Past experience partnering with Sales to acquire new logos at scale.
- Proven Team Player and Collaborator: Working with a diverse group of talented professionals across multiple functions.
- Tools: Experience with the use of RevTech and productivity tools such as Excel, Salesloft, SFDC, and TechTarget to measure and drive impact.
The annual base salary range represents the low and high end of the BMC salary range for this position. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
The range listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.
At BMC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at /near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $99,600 - $166,000
