BMC Helix is seeking a Product Developer . As a developer at this team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing advanced applications using AI and machine learning models. This role involves collaborating with other teams, refining AI/ML solutions, and contributing to the organization's innovation through AI/ML technologies.

Primary Role & Responsibilities:
  • Develop features for an industry leading cloud services. 
  • Implementation of specific components as required by the product and service roadmap. 
  • Be able to work as part of a team with remote leadership is used. 
  • Independently learn new products.
  • Find and implement the right algorithms and tools for our tasks
  • Develop systems according to requirements
  • Perform statistical analysis of results and refine results
  • Remain updated in the rapidly changing field backend
Required Skills: 
  • Relevant academic degree 
  • Ability to effectively design software architecture
  • 3+ years of experience in C# or F# Languages.
  • Ability to write robust and testable code
  • Experience with frameworks and libraries 
  • Be able to provide estimates on tasks for yourself as well as for others.  
  • Strong communication skills:  communicate with remote stakeholders
  • Verbally in English as well as in mail threads to reach a solution to problems or project blockers
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
Nice to have:

  • Azure Services: Familiar with Azure Functions, Service Bus, CosmosDB, SQL, AI Search, and Storage.
  • Azure API Development: Skilled in ASP.NET and Azure Functions.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools, including Azure DevOps, Jenkins pipelines and build tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle) 
  • Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases like Redis or Elasticsearch and experience with data modeling for microservices.
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch) and libraries (like scikit-learn)
  • Knowledge of more cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP, and their associated services

At BMC we believe in pay transparency and have set the midpoint of the salary band for this role at 1,725,800 INR. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. 

The salary listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.
