BMC is looking for an Experienced UI/UX Designer to join our amazing Product Experience team!

In this role, you will work with amazing people who are working on the products that revolutionize our lives. You will develop design systems and user experiences for complex user software. You will take hands-on ownership over foundational areas of our design system and development process. So, if you’re passionate about UI/UX and love working as a part of a team - BMC is the place for you!

 

Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success:

  • Develop and maintain a scalable design system for our products.
  • Create intuitive user experiences for complex applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape overall product strategy.
  • Stay updated on industry trends for innovative design contributions.
  • Communicate design concepts clearly, actively contribute to workshops, and engage in continuous improvement.

To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

  • 4-7 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
  • Experience working on B2B applications.
  • Experience in design tools such as Sketch, Axure, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Deep knowledge of design systems and interface design development.
  • Experience with user and product research across all project phases.
  • Methodical and organizational skills
  • Ability to create clarity and consensus on complex initiatives.
  • A portfolio of wireframes/mockups demonstrating enterprise application experiences.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
 

Whilst these are nice to have, our team can help you develop in the following skills:

  • Knowledge of IT and system automation applications
  • Experience with both SaaS and on-prem products.

At BMC we believe in pay transparency and have set the midpoint of the salary band for this role at 2,790,000 INR. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. 

The salary listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.
