- Set and execute the marketing strategy in close collaboration with sales leadership.
- Create an integrated and multi-channel marketing plan considering Indirect sales through partners and distributors
- Develop quarterly marketing programs for different account segments that focus on three major objectives – build pipeline, accelerate pipeline, and nurture relationships with high-propensity-to-buy accounts.
- Serve as the marketing liaison for sales team, ensuring plans and goals align with key leadership functions including solutions marketing, product pillars, sales, corporate brand, and communications, etc.
- Drive creation of relevant content and messaging considering partner resellers and their ability to replicate in their own marketing campaigns.
- You have 10+ years related marketing experience, preferably in an enterprise IT environment
- You possess a strong sales acumen and a keen understanding of the enterprise software sales cycle with a target audience mix of C-level, IT and senior level business buyers
- Have a good understanding of demand generation, and effective progression tactics.
- Your background shows a proven track record of delivering high ROI from integrated campaigns

The annual base salary range represents the low and high end of the BMC salary range for this position. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
The range listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.
At BMC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at /near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $129,375 - $215,625
