- Benefits Administration including but not limited to Insurances, Leave Management, Provident Fund/ Retirement Benefit, Maternity etc.
- Employee Data Management - Activations, data changes - Job related and Personal data, terminations, data audit etc.
- Complete Ex-employee Employment Verifications
- Issuing Employment & Travel related letters
- HR Helpdesk – Answering employee & ex-employee queries on various HR policies and procedures
- Offboarding administration
- Updating HR Policies on Intranet
- HR System administration
- Collaborate with other HR support groups to ensure all the assigned tasks and responsibilities are completed within the stipulated deadlines
- Will be working in EMEA shifts
- Graduates and Above
- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in HR Backend Operations, HR Shared Services OR HR Helpdesk
- Good Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Should be fluent in English
- Requires Problem-solving skills.
- Technically sound. Should have hands-on experience in using MS Office i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc. for day-to-day work
- Strong Customer Service skills. Should be customer focused
