- Smooth the internal career transition
- Managing BMC Software international sales team covering regions across Europe
- Exciting career progression and working with top sales performers in a collaborative and fun environment in Madrid office under Eduardo Herrero Garcia leadership
- You will nurture top talented sales representatives, by developing strong relationships with each member of your team, identifying ‘Moments that Matter’ to each, and guide them to achieving their full potential through performance and progression in their career.
- Supporting deal progression from pipeline generation customer facing activities
- You will dedicate time through regular 1-2-1 meetings with your team members to align on vision and build a plan around performance and development sessions as well as a retention plan.
- You will deliver performance expectations by sharing accurate revenue projections. You will lead as a BMC Brand Ambassador both internally and externally and to build trust and confidence with your team, customers, partners and colleagues through integrity and professionalism while focusing on BMC’s main strategy: Customer Centricity and Value-Based Selling.
- As every BMC employee, you will be given the opportunity to learn, contribute and lead global projects, challenge yourself and be the innovator when it comes to solving everyday problems.
To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:
- Demonstrated track record as a successful salesperson in Field sales enterprise software sales environment
- Genuine interest in coaching and developing people, team-care
- Having presentable vision and track record on upskilling, supporting, motivating and integrating the team and how to bring the sales team to their success
- You are willing to relocate for this role to Madrid, Spain.
- You can work effectively as a team member while also providing team-on-team leadership and orchestrating the internal and external resources needed to effectively manage the sales process
- You will have previously led a high performing sales team through inspiring people management and a deep knowledge of markets you’re competing within.
- You have previously demonstrated your ability to further develop your business as a trusted partner by an in-depth understanding of pipeline, business practices, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
