Excellent opportunity to work for the Business Finance (FP&A) Organization to support Business Leaders as Finance Business Partner to drive top-line growth.

Primary Responsibilities:
Professionals in the Finance Analyst job family:
 * Serves as the trusted finance advisor to the Renewals business group
 * Analysis of renewals rates by product families and BU’s
 * Deep dive (scrubbing) into customer level/deal level impacts on renewal rates
 * Quarterly renewal rates reporting along with executive narratives to explain renewal rates impact on financial results
 * Developing and maintaining integrated financial reporting metrics including ownership for quarterly forecasts and Yearly Renewals Plan
 * Compiling and analyzing financial information and trends
 * Communication of results and recommendations to management and the business
 * Developing and maintaining processes and reports to track key renewal metrics
 * Supporting complex data management, analysis, and interpretation
 * Contribute to the enhancement of policies, procedures, and business practices that improve efficiency within the function and the business
 * Helping business clients understand the financial impact of their business decisions with accompanying analytics
 * Serving as subject matter expert for renewals data and reporting for cross-functional business partners
 * Assists with ad-hoc analysis and data mining efforts, whenever required
 * Recommend and implement process improvements using technical solutions
 * Cross Train team members

Qualification
Required Skills:
 * Bachelor's degree required, Finance or Accounting concentration preferred, with at least 5 years’ experience in a Business Finance (FP&A) related role with an MBA.
 * Strong knowledge of financial principles and accounting/budgeting practices-Strong analytical skills.
 * Excellent communication skills, Advanced Excel Modelling, Hands on experience on
 * OneStream, and Good Power Point skills.
 * Tableau and Micro-Strategy knowledge preferred.
 * Background in information technology and/or software is a plus.
 * In depth understanding of core Finance business processes to ensure timely delivery of financial results including Quarterly results, close process.

 * Willing to perform tasks outside of own area of responsibility whenever needed
 * Uses logic and work experience to solve complex problems in an effective way
 * Ability to work directly with business user and IT counterparts
