BMC is looking for a talented and passionate experienced R&D Project Manager to join our PMO team!
In this role, you will drive innovation through meticulous project management within our (R&D) initiatives. You will orchestrate the development and implementation of cutting-edge R&D projects, collaborating closely with software developers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of groundbreaking innovations.

• Lead the initiation, planning, design, execution, and closure of R&D projects, fostering innovation and collaboration among software developers and R&D teams.
• Manage project schedules and budgets, allocating resources effectively to support the needs of software development and R&D initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with enterprise customers to understand their needs and requirements, ensuring that R&D projects deliver solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and activities, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing among developers, QA engineers, marketing teams, and other internal stakeholders.
• Collect and analyze project metrics data, providing updates, insights and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Follow agile methodologies and implement best practices. • Drive organizational innovation and change where necessary to optimize project execution and enhance the pace of discovery and experimentation.
For the R&D Project Manager role, you will be:
- We are looking for Professional having 5+ years of experience.
- Drive quality assurance function
- Ensure compliance of the products to the standards
- Develop and implement standards / policies / guidelines suitable for enterprise level products to bring them at par with industry standards
- Collaborate across different business units like product management, R&D, IDD, Support, Operations to understand challenges impacting quality
- Continuously evaluate effectiveness and relevance of current processes and optimize as needed
- Lead risk management process for entire BU including identification, analysis and remediation for teams to meet quality criteria for releases
- Lead scorecard approach to align quality metrics with strategic objectives and provide holistic assessment of products quality performance.
- Champion Quality awareness initiatives

At BMC we believe in pay transparency and have set the midpoint of the salary band for this role at 2,628,600 INR. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
The salary listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.
