Description and Requirements

As a member of the Country HR EMEA team, you will build an efficient, effective and proactive partnership with employees and line managers in the UK, Ireland and the Nordics through providing support on all Human Resources topics. 

You will be involved in all people related issues including HR administration, job offers, employee benefits, on-boarding, employee relations, training of employees and managers to ensure that there is compliance with rules and regulations in HR processes in the country. You shall also work with managers to support them with a variety of employee matters eg: employee lifecycle key points, performance management, absence management. You will have opportunities to work across HR projects in EMEA and Globally.

Requirements
  • 2-4 years of successful experience in HR / HR admin / Corporate environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail / administration / competent in HR processes
  • Ability to see complexities of dealing with people
  • Ability to work in a complex matrix environment
  • Team Player with a positive attitude
  • Good influencing and negotiation skills
  • Planning, organizational and Change Management Skills
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand commercial implications of HR activities
  • Embraces new technology and finds ways to implement such tools efficiently
  • Flexible, autonomous and hands on
  • Previous experience of working for a multinational company in a fast-paced environment 
  • Part or fully CIPD qualified or looking to study / grow professionally
  • Ability to see complexities of dealing with people
  • Nordics experience is ideal
